Make Up Class policy

At Arjun Archery Academy, we understand that occasional conflicts may arise, and we strive to accommodate make-up classes while maintaining the quality of instruction for all students. To ensure smooth operations, please review our make-up class policy:

1. Advance Notice Requirement

• A minimum of 2 days’ notice is required for any make-up class requests. This allows us to manage schedules and provide other students with the opportunity to fill open slots.

2. Scheduling Make-Up Classes

• Make-up classes will be scheduled based on availability. We cannot guarantee a specific time or day, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.

3. One-Month Timeframe

• Make-up classes must be availed within one month from the missed session. After this period, the opportunity for a make-up class will expire.

4. No Financial Adjustments

• Missing a regular class does not entitle students to a refund or financial adjustment. We encourage consistent attendance to maximize the benefits of training.

5. Communication

• All make-up requests must be submitted via [preferred method: email, academy portal, or phone] to ensure proper tracking and timely responses.

6. Limited Make-Up Slots

• Make-up classes are subject to availability and cannot be carried over indefinitely. We recommend scheduling the make-up session at the earliest possible opportunity.
