Off Campus Physical Education Plan
I'm excited about the opportunity to work with students on earning their PE credit, and I'm committed to helping them develop the archery skills.
For all students enrolled in the JOAD program with the Club : Weekly Assignments for Off Campus PE will be available via emails and communication channel platform.
Process to earn PE Credits:
Please ensure to regularly check the latest assignments and training plans for the week. Communicated to the parents and students via emails and club communication platform (e.g. whatsapp, text)
Meet up for the weekly lessons per schedule
Maintain a log sheet to track your progress. I will sign off on this log to confirm your participation, which will contribute to the students grades.
For each semester, we will use the following program template:
1. Lesson / Coaching Session - 1.5 hrs a week (as scheduled, e.g. Monday)
2. Practice at the range - 1.5 hrs (Wednesday, Thursday) - Total 3 hrs
3. Weekend Practice - 3-5 Hrs. (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
4. Archery related workout at home/gym - 1 hr. per day, 5 days a week (info on archery related exercises will be shared on enrollment)
Overall 10-12 hours (per week) of practice using bow, stretch bands, walking, or other exercises related to archery fitness.
